Not attacking for 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 seconds removes 1 charge on the skill, reducing the number of attacks to proc the next Whiplash instance.

Voodoo Puppet

Passively grants 15 / 30 / 45 Attack Speed.

Target an enemy unit to spawn an attackable
500 / 750 / 1000 Health Puppet linked to them. The Puppet deals Magic Damage to the target equal to 110 / 120 / 130% of the incoming damage.

All Debuffs and Stuns applied to the Puppet are transferred to the linked target.

Staff of the Master increases the Magic Damage taken to 130 / 155 / 180%. Leash range increased to 2000 units.
