Target an enemy unit to apply a Mini-stun and Crippling Pollen to it for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. Crippling Pollen Immobilizes, Silences the target, and deals up to 110 / 160 / 195 / 230 Magic Damage over its duration.
Chrysalis
Target an allied hero (or self) to encase it in a chrysalis for 3 seconds. While in the chrysalis, the target gains 25 / 35 / 45 / 55% Damage Reduction, is instantly healed by 90 Health and heals for 15 / 30 / 40 / 50 Health per second.
The target is immobilized and disarmed while inside the chrysalis.
Ability can be activated again to end the effect early.
Noxious Cloud
Target a location to spawn an expanding Noxious Cloud for 6 seconds, dealing 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 Magic Damage per second and applying a 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% Movement Speed Slow to enemy units.
Noxious Nightcrawler is a subability that enables the skill to spawn up to 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 Ward(s) instead.
Using this skill places Noxious Nightcrawler on the same cooldown as this skill.
Cleansing Wind
Target a position to send a gust that starts behind the Monarch and travels 1400 units in that direction. The gust removes all Debuffs and Stuns from ally units and grants 100 / 150 / 200 bonus Movement Speed for 6 seconds.
Staff of the Master Increases the radius to 900 and a second gust fires backwards after 3 seconds.
