Passively grants nearby ally heroes {0,0.5,1,1.5,2} Magic Armor Penetration, {0,15,20,25,30}% Healing Output Increase, and {0,20,40,60,80} Cast Speed.
Activate this ability to cast Disco Inferno on yourself and have its effects follow you for the duration.
